In the State of Florida, the maximum fee for a standard notarization is $10 per notarial act, and up to $25 per remote online notarization session. Mobile travel fees and loan signing fees are additional and will be disclosed prior to scheduling.

We provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas:

St. Johns County

Duval County

Flagler County

Putnam County

Please bring a valid, current government-issued photo ID to your signing appointment. Some transactions may require two forms of identification. You should also have all required documents ready and unsigned unless otherwise instructed.

My mobile travel fee is $25.00 for the first 20 miles, with an additional $10.00 for every 10 miles thereafter. Travel fees are separate from notarization or loan signing fees and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Up to 20 miles → $25.00

21–30 miles → $35.00

31–40 miles → $45.00

41–50 miles → $55.00

Appointments are based on availability and existing scheduled appointments. Please contact me to check availability. I am equipped with a mobile office and will make every attempt to accommodate same-day and last-minute signing requests whenever possible.

Clients are encouraged to provide their own witnesses when required. All witnesses must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID.

If a witness is needed and I am able to provide one, an additional fee of $25.00 per witness will apply. Availability is not guaranteed and must be requested at the time of booking.
